Established in late 2008, Kelly Construction Management is a Mayo based management company providing a nationwide Quantity Surveying and Project Management service to those planning a construction project of any kind.

Projects may range from minor house alterations, house extentions, restorations to agricultural and commercial developments. Whatever the size of project Kelly Construction Management apply expertise, professionalism and trust in managing the project with particular emphasis on reducing costs for the client. 

Kelly Construction Management also provide a Complete Design & Management service for all construction projects, which will take your project from inception stage to completion. We are now working closer to our clients than any other construction management company.
Our Complete Design & Management Package includes: 

  •         Production of initial design ideas/sketchs to suit our clients' needs

  •         Development of these ideas/sketches

  •         Production of all necessary planning documents and submission for         planning
